"FUJIWARA&CO. READING GLASSES by KIYONAGA&CO. & Kaneko Glasses for THE CONVENI" (8,000 yen)
This product, "FUJIWARA&CO. READING GLASSES by KIYONAGA&CO. & Kaneko Glasses for THE CONVENI" (8,000 yen), was developed by Hirofumi Kiyonaga of SOPH in Fukuoka, in collaboration with fragment design, which ran for three weeks from May last year. This new model is a collaboration between FUJIWARA&CO., a limited-time store established by Hiroshi Fujiwara of the design group, and Kaneko Optical, a firm leader in the eyewear industry. Its stylish design and matte finish overturn the conventional wisdom of reading glasses. It comes in three strengths: +1, +1.5, and +2, and in two colors: black and brown. It comes in original packaging, making it lightweight and easy to carry, and the lenses are anti-reflective. It will be available exclusively at THE CONVENI, a convenience store run by Hiroshi Fujiwara, from January 19th.
