
Belgian luxury bag brand DELVAUX will open a pop-up shop in the handbag/promotion space on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku main building from May 27th to June 2nd.
DELVAUX's 2015 Spring/Summer collection, inspired by Édouard Manet's painting "Luncheon on the Grass," explores themes of "Escape to Normandy" and "Comfortable Pleasures in a Country Landscape," and features playful textures and vibrant colors. As with previous collections, each piece is carefully handcrafted in the brand's own workshop in France using the finest, rarest leathers and advanced techniques.
To commemorate the opening of the pop-up shop, the brand will also be releasing the "Brillant Ombre" (646,000 yen), a variation of the brand's iconic "Brillant" bag, exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku. This copper-colored, calfskin-made bag will be limited to just 10 pieces.
