RIMOWA, the world's leading premium luggage brand, announced on November 3, 2022, the launch of a limited-edition new ORIGINAL series suitcases that pay homage to the astonishing natural phenomenon known as the aurora. The latest addition to the celestial collection, which includes Mars and Mercury in February 2021 and the Moon in November 2021, is the ORIGINAL Cabin Aurora. This product will be sold in a limited run of just 1,000 units worldwide.

The ORIGINAL Cabin Aurora features a vibrant green and eye-catching purple pattern on black aluminum. The gloss of the shell, combined with the pattern on the suitcase, mimics the effect of the natural phenomenon known as the aurora borealis. Upon closer inspection, the design resembles stars in the sky, making it the ideal companion for fashionable, nature-loving travelers.

Made in Cologne, Germany, the ORIGINAL Cabin Aurora is crafted using RIMOWA techniques honed over more than a century. The brand's expert aluminum anodizing process, combined with various surface treatments, fixes pigments into the metal alloy, creating a lasting metallic shine. Like all ORIGINAL series cases, the suitcase comes with an anodized aluminum logo badge and a leather luggage tag. A label inside the suitcase reads "Made in Germany" and features a limited edition number ranging from 1 to 1000.
