A new HOUSE OF LOTUS store will open on September 25th in Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C., a new urban shopping center in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

In a tranquil space furnished with Chinoiserie furniture, the store offers a selection of delicate handicrafts and elegant fashion items from around the world, proposing a more refined and elegant lifestyle and outfit.
The interior is modeled after the ancient capital of Malacca in Malaysia, and pastel-colored tiles symbolizing Peranakan culture, a blend of Chinese and Malay, and traditional Malacca lanterns, original to HOUSE OF LOTUS, welcome customers in a festive atmosphere.
In addition, limited-edition accessories will be available to celebrate the opening of the Nihonbashi store of Minakusi, a traveling, borderless accessory brand.
Designers Kenichi Nagai and Eri Nagai have traveled the world to collect precious natural stones, and exotic pieces that breathe new life into ethnic antiques, all of which exude a unique, overwhelming presence and brilliance. This limited-edition item is a special accessory piece selected by Karen Kirishima from Minakusi's antique parts.
