Emporio Armani Cafe's hugely popular "Seasonal Parfait" menu item is now available for August, with the sixth in the series. The parfait for August is the "Midsummer Tropical Parfait!", featuring pineapple and passion fruit. It will be available at Emporio Armani Cafe Aoyama from August 1st to 31st.

The top of the parfait, which looks like a large flower, is actually a crisp piece of dried pineapple. A meringue infused with the scent of basil is served on the side, and together with the refreshing acidity of fresh pineapple, it provides a refreshing sensation perfect for the hot season.

As you eat the parfait, jasmine tea gelato and nata de coco appear from the inside. The bottom is covered in a tangy passion fruit sauce that evokes a tropical atmosphere.
The succession of different textures and flavors makes this a parfait that you will never tire of.
