Nike's workout session studio, "JUST DO IT STUDIO," will open in Shibuya, Tokyo for a limited time from August 8th to September 2nd.


In keeping with Tokyo's ever-on-the-move lifestyle, "JUST DO IT STUDIO" allows you to enjoy a variety of sports from morning until night. Starting from the studio, you can enjoy city runs through the streets of Shibuya, as well as workout sessions incorporating yoga, dance, and kickboxing, all accompanied by music and lighting effects tailored to the time of day and the content of the session. During the period, special sessions will also be held featuring special guests such as ISSEI, Koharu Sugawara, and Sara Takanashi.

All programs and schedules offered at the studio will be gradually released on NIKE SPORTS FINDER (https://sportsfinder.nike.jp/). By registering with NIKE SPORTS FINDER, you can not only make reservations for each session, but also access a variety of content during the period.
In addition, starting this season, Nike has launched a service that allows NIKE+ members and NIKE SPORTS FINDER subscribers to participate in various programs at affiliated gyms for free. Trial sessions for some of these programs will also be held at "JUST DO IT STUDIO."
