The second collection from MONCLER's new project, MONCLER GENIUS, titled "6 Moncler Noir Kei Ninomiya" by designer Ninomiya Kei of noir kei ninomiya, will go on sale from July 25th.

Ninomiya created this collection with his signature meticulous design and experimental approach. He pushes the boundaries of down, both technically and artistically, to create a new concept of wearable down.
The collection features a combination of small modules that cleverly use nylon and leather, and is assembled with meticulous craftsmanship and skillful manipulation of fabrics to create challenging, highly functional, and perfect shapes. The collection features feminine round skirts, long coats with romantic silhouettes that incorporate punk ideology, cropped jackets, stoles, and voluminous boots.

Each piece features decorative and geometric designs, created using techniques such as intarsia, quilting, stitching, appliqué, and ruffles. While incorporating traditional techniques, the collection offers a fresh and new look. Geometric cutouts and bold leather flowers make a statement, while voluminous knitwear made from down-filled nylon tubes, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship, showcases Ninomiya's techniques. The collection he created for Moncler Genius expresses a dark romantic worldview with a color palette featuring uncompromising luster and futuristic black. "Moncler Genius is a challenge to revolution, a project that is one step ahead in every way. Using down as a material, I had the opportunity to try new techniques. I believe that the evolution of things depends on how they are created," says Ninomiya.
