The product brand "Sゝゝ [ES]" will hold the "Sゝゝ [ES] Tea Ceremony Utensils Exhibition - Tea Style, Saboe" at LIVING MOTIF in Roppongi, Tokyo, from June 8th to July 11th.

Sゝゝ is a product brand by SIMPLICITY, which is active in the fields of food, tea, confectionery, crafts, and design, with the concept of "creating Japanese culture in the modern era." Saboe is a general incorporated association that aims to contribute to the development of tea and create and preserve the style of modern tea.
Sゝゝ, working with artisans possessing Japan's proud traditional skills to create everyday items, is also involved in the development of new tea ceremony utensils for Chaho-kai.

This exhibition will showcase Sゝゝ's tea utensils and confectionery utensils, as well as limited-edition seasonal teas, all in the Chaho-kai style. Additionally, Chaho-kai tea ceremony utensils to be released this fall will be unveiled for the first time, and advance orders are now open.
The exhibition will feature beautiful tea utensils, including the "Hōhin," a porcelain tea set designed to combine functionality and beauty for brewing gyokuro tea; the "Ichimonji Kyusu" and "Hira Kyusu" tea sets crafted in Tokoname, a city renowned for its teapots; and the "Naga-Eiyuumi" teacup, a long and slender cup designed to enhance the tea's aroma.

Also making their debut at the exhibition are five types of glass cold tea sets from Chaho-kai. They can be used for a variety of purposes, including gyokuro, sencha, bancha, and blended tea, allowing you to enjoy the various flavors and colors that can be created from a single tea leaf using different processing methods. The "sen," a cold tea utensil for sencha, has a depression at the bottom to hold the tea and a wooden lid to seal in the delicate aroma.
On June 30th, an event called "Chaho-kai Tea Appreciation Gathering" will be held. You can experience the unique Chaho-kai way of enjoying gyokuro and Japanese sweets using Sゝゝ tea utensils. During this time of year when we tend to stay indoors during the rainy season, why not bring some items into your home to enrich your everyday life and add color to your tea-drinking moments?
