Hedi Slimane's Dior & Saint Laurent masterpieces gathered at Shibuya's "Archive Store"

Event Date:2018.06.02-06.30
May 28, 2018
An exhibition of Hedi Slimane's work, "Hedi Slimane since 2001," will be held from June 2nd at Archive Store, a Shibuya shop stocking classic works by designers.

Hedi Slimane served as creative director of Dior Homme from 2001 to 2007 and at Saint Laurent Paris from 2012 to 2016. His collections, which combine elegant tailoring backed by the maison's solid techniques with strong influences from "rock" and "street," have captivated people around the world.

His signature skinny silhouette has become synonymous with Hedi Crédit. His unique style, masculine yet somehow delicate and feminine, remains timeless even in today's era of oversized silhouettes. No matter how trends change, his commitment to his own philosophy and style continues to captivate.

This exhibition brings together Hedi Crédit's masterpieces from both Dior Homme and Saint Laurent Paris. With his first collection for Céline (CÉLINE) about to be unveiled, this is a rare opportunity to explore the archives across the boundaries of the fashion houses.
