Entremet "Fleur de Coquelicot" (serves 6, 5,400 yen)
May is the month when poppies bloom, painting the hills a vibrant red. Inspired by the delicate petals swaying in the breeze and the soft, light, and delicate texture of poppies, Ladurée has released "Fleur de Coquelicot" (serves 6, 5,400 yen), the perfect entremet for Mother's Day. This poppy-flavored treat combines coconut with raspberries and almonds. It features an almond sable base layered with soft almond biscuit and a gentle poppy-scented mousse, and is decorated with raspberry confit and six white chocolate petals. It will be available at Ladurée boutiques for a limited time only, from May 10th to 13th.
