Designer Giorgio Armani's pursuit of the "perfect bag" is the Giorgio Armani La Prima. This model has been gaining popularity since its debut in 2019, and now a new model has been released this season.
The Giorgio Armani La Prima is Giorgio Armani's iconic bag, launched in 2019. When creating the original bag in 1995, Giorgio Armani set himself the difficult task of creating a bag that was "small yet had enough space to store things. It should be feminine yet somehow masculine, and luxurious yet not overly flashy." The resulting bag combines a simple form with an exquisitely long shoulder strap, and incorporates design elements inspired by jacket designs in its details.

Giorgio Armani La Prima faithfully reproduces the design of the original model while updating its functionality and detailed design. Since then, the bag has continued to expand in color, size, material, and other variations each season. The Giorgio Armani La Prima, which never fades with time, is Giorgio Armani's idea of an "IT BAG."
This season, a model with a specially processed leather finish that gives it a rich texture has joined the Giorgio Armani La Prima family. The calfskin leather is given a unique sheen through multiple layers of patent and lacquer finishes, making this a meticulous piece that took longer to produce than typical bags. Giorgio Armani La Prima's simple design further accentuates the beauty of the material, creating a statement piece that will become the focal point of any outfit.
Like previous models, the shoulder strap can be adjusted to three positions. The interior is divided into three compartments and features a small item pocket.
