On May 18th, NARS will release a limited edition of its 2018 summer collection, "ERDEM FOR NARS STRANGE FLOWERS COLLECTION," in collaboration with British fashion brand ERDEM.

The dreamy and romantic special design featured on all of the packaging was inspired by "flowers in shadow" and created by Erdem Moralioglu, founder of Erdem. The lineup includes 14 pieces, including lip colors and eyeshadow palettes.

"NARS Lipstick" (3,300 yen each) is a lip color with a creamy and smooth texture. The collection features six colors reminiscent of a wild, blooming bouquet, ranging from sheer shades with a light, natural feel to rich, modern shades. The "NARS Blush" (available in two shades, ¥3,400 each) is a cheek color that adds a vibrant glow and a pearlescent sheen to your cheeks. Its silky, smooth texture allows for layering. The "NARS Multi-Use Highlighting Pencil" (¥3,400) is a multi-use crayon that creates an exquisite highlight on the eyes and cheeks. The new ultra-smooth formula blends effortlessly and instantly adds radiance. The mysterious sparkle of opal and the elegant nuances of lavender combine to create a glow that seems to come from within. The limited-edition six-color eyeshadow palette comes in two types. The "NARS Fleur Fatale Eyeshadow Palette" (5,900 yen) features everyday colors such as brown and gray, with an accent of burgundy. The "NARS Night Garden Eyeshadow Palette" (5,900 yen) comes in a gorgeous variation, including champagne gold, midnight blue, and green. The velvety matte texture is durable and will create a sophisticated eye look whether you blend it lightly for a sheer look or layer it for a dramatic finish. The "NARS Poison Rose Lip Powder Palette" (5,900 yen) is the brand's first innovative lip powder palette. It includes a lip balm with a melting texture, four lip powder colors, and a lip brush. The matte and metallic powder changes its impression depending on whether you use a lip balm or layer the powder, allowing for a variety of looks to be achieved by combining them. Additionally, the brand's first oil blotting paper, "NARS Mattifying Blotting Paper" (2,200 yen), and a specially designed "NARS Aquatic Glow Cushion Compact Limited Edition Case" (1,300 yen) will also be released in limited quantities. Ahead of the nationwide release on May 18, a special event will be held at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store from May 9 to 15. In addition to the early release of the collection, NARS makeup artists will be on stage (Saturdays and Sundays only) to provide makeup advice. NARS' limited collection continues to sell out, with many items selling out. A special event was held in London in February to immerse viewers in the world of the collection, attracting celebrities from around the world. Model and designer Emi Suzuki also attended from Japan, demonstrating the high level of interest.
