Palace Hotel Tokyo will host the cherry blossom viewing-themed "HANAMI SPRING FESTIVAL - Pink Petals" from March 26th to April 23rd as the third collaboration with artist Noritaka Tatehana, who continues to innovatively promote traditional Japanese beauty to the world.

This event is a collaborative project realized through the mutual resonance of the worldviews of Palace Hotel Tokyo, whose brand concept is "A beautiful day in a beautiful country," and artist Noritaka Tatehana, who continues to create unique works incorporating the spirituality cultivated since ancient Japan.
This time, the theme is "cherry blossom viewing," an ancient Japanese custom and a symbol of spring. Tatehana has created an installation called "Pink Petals," using the spring seasonal word "pinwheel" as a motif, with countless cherry blossom-colored pinwheels representing petals, making it look like a cherry blossom tree swaying in the wind. It brightens up the lobby.
Limited-time special sweets, designed by Tatehana with a cherry blossom viewing theme, will also be available. The Palace Lounge on the first floor lobby lounge will be offering a special treat to celebrate the arrival of spring: pinwheel-shaped chocolates with lily petals colored with cherry blossom liqueur. Enjoy a sparkling pink jelly filled with cherry blossoms and cherry-flavored cheesecake topped with cherry ice cream and shiratama dumplings, topped with your choice of syrup accented with griotte cherries and blackcurrants.
"Pink Petals" Mini Sweets (900 yen)
The pastry shop "Sweets & Deli" on the basement floor sells special sweets in the form of donut-shaped "mini sweets." Enjoy these limited-edition treats in a casual setting.
A cocktail that evokes the beautiful scattering of cherry blossoms in full bloom in the warm sunlight is also available at the 1st floor main bar, "Royal Bar," and the 1st floor lobby lounge, "The Palace Lounge." This soft, cherry-colored cocktail features a base of gorgeous elderflower liqueur reminiscent of Muscat grapes, shaken with citron vodka and grapefruit for a citrusy flavor. The beautiful two-layered cocktail, combined with sparkling rosé wine, creates a refreshing drink that evokes the feeling of spring.

As a special collaboration project, a special accommodation plan called "Pink Petals" (from 2 million yen for two people per room) has been introduced, which allows guests to custom order Tatehana's signature heelless shoes. This special plan, limited to one room, includes a pair of heelless shoes crafted from cherry blossom-colored crystal stones, and a limited-time special dessert and cocktail, "Pink Petals," at The Palace Lounge.
This collaboration between Palace Hotel Tokyo, which continues to pursue new value while preserving history and tradition, and Tatehana Noritaka, allows guests to experience the charm of Japanese culture. Why not enjoy a variety of delicate cherry blossom expressions and a new cherry blossom viewing experience?
