FLIPPER'S, a soufflé pancake specialty store, will be introducing its first limited-edition menu item, "Miracle Pancakes: All-Amaou Strawberry," using seasonal strawberries, from March 1st.
Miracle Pancakes: All-Amaou Strawberry (1,600 yen)
Based on the concept of "the best dish," Flipper's currently has seven stores both in Japan and overseas, and offers "Miracle Pancakes" with a new texture and experience, using carefully selected ingredients and a simple method that makes the most of the ingredients' natural flavor. The spring premium menu, "Miracle Pancakes All Amaou," uses fresh Amaou pulp, Amaou gelato, and sauce, allowing you to fully enjoy the charm of Amaou.
The refreshing acidity of the fluffy cheesecake "Crème d'Anjou," also known as "Angel's Cream" and originating in France, brings out the charm of Amaou strawberries, and when you pour the Amaou sauce that comes with it, the flavor becomes even richer. Nine Amaou strawberries are used as toppings, creating a gorgeous appearance perfect for spring. The second series of pancakes using strawberries will be released from mid-April.
