■ "As It May Be" by Bieke Depoorter

Bieke Depoorter, a female photographer and member of Magnum Photos, has been traveling to Egypt regularly since the start of the Egyptian Revolution in 2011, photographing Egyptian families in their own homes.

In 2017, she returned to Egypt and invited others to comment directly on the photographs, allowing her to explore contrasting views on country, religion, society, and photography among people she would never normally encounter.
