Cohen launches new brand "Owl" in collaboration with Nepenthes outdoor brand

Jun 21, 2013

Coen has announced a new bag brand, "OWL," in collaboration with Nepenthes' original outdoor brand, "SOUTH2 WEST8." All materials and stitching are made in Japan. The body is made of off-white canvas, and the lineup includes 20 styles, from key cases to wallets, pouches, drawstring bags, totes, shoulder bags, and backpacks. The kids' backpacks feature plastic accessories for ease of use. The drawstring bags are a type not found in SOUTH2 WEST8. They're said to be Coen's favorite item. Prices range from 6,000 yen to 30,000 yen. The bags will be sold exclusively at the Coen General Store, a large Coen store opening at Seibu Shinjuku PePe at the end of September. There's also a possibility that they could become an independent brand in the future.
