Louis Vuitton will release the new Capucines bag, featuring an eye-catching retro check pattern, on July 29th.

The embroidered Vichy check pattern is inspired by the mood of the 1960s. The cream-colored body is made of Taurillon leather and the embroidery took approximately six hours and 180,000 stitches to complete, updating the Maison's iconic bag. Combining the Maison's tradition with a fashion statement, the latest Capucines bag is available in two colors: black, which matches timeless and elegant outfits, and light pink, which gives an impression of French femininity.
