Artist Ohtake Shinro continues to create works that are unparalleled in both quality and quantity, utilizing a wide range of expressive methods including painting, sculpture, photography, sound, and books. In recent international exhibitions, Ohtake has exhibited books on a scale too large to fit in a fist, as well as numerous scrapbooks, further expanding the scope of his artworks that capture the essence of books. Meanwhile, Kyoichi Tsuzuki, as an editor, has documented unique information hidden in various locations from surprising perspectives that no one has ever noticed before, publishing it in magazines, books, and other media. In recent years, he has regularly distributed "mega-sized" information through his original interviews in digital e-mail newsletters, demonstrating his highly communicative approach as an editor. From 2016 to 2017, Ohtake Shinro worked on the giant book project "Book #1/Memory Layer," produced at STPI in Singapore, while Kyoichi Tsuzuki worked on and presented his "ROADSIDE LIBRARY" project, a USB book with specifications beyond the reach of printed books. Through these book-related stories, this event will explore the impulses and sparks that motivate Otake and Tsuzuki to create books.

The event is already fully booked, but standing-room-only registration will begin at 12:00 PM on December 13th by phone (03-3446-4977). Registration will close once capacity is reached. Don't miss this opportunity.
