Product brand KIKOF's new product exhibition and pre-order sale, "Lake of Grace #001 'CHIKUBU ISLAND'S GREEN'," will be held from November 9th to 26th at the OFS gallery inside OUR FAVOURITE SHOP in Shirokane, Tokyo.

KIKOF is a product brand created in collaboration between artisans from around Lake Biwa and the creative unit KIGI. It has been three years since the brand was launched. To date, the brand has released pottery, furniture, textiles, and more, and has gradually expanded its activities as a brand that makes use of the manufacturing power of Shiga Prefecture.

Now in its fourth year, the project is titled "Lake of Grace," and each year will introduce one of Shiga's charms that spreads from Lake Biwa, creating products related to that theme. The theme for the first edition is "CHIKUBU ISLAND'S GREEN." New colors have been selected to evoke the image of Chikubu Island, a small island floating north of Lake Biwa, and each will be sold in a limited number of 30 pieces.


The new "KIKOF Hanging" (9,720 yen including tax, sold as a set with a flower pot) is a sturdy leather hanging. It is the perfect size for KIKOF flower pots and can be hung from a wall or ceiling. Hanging planters make efficient use of space, allowing you to easily enjoy potted plants and adding a decorative accent to your interior.
