Shiseido began pre-sales of its new product, "Full Make Washable Base" (1,050 yen), on its website, "Watashi Plus," on December 12th. "Full Make Washable Base" not only provides a beautiful makeup base, but also removes makeup without the need for cleansing products. Its "Veil Action" function, which reacts only to hot water and not to water, allows you to remove your makeup base, foundation, and point makeup simply by washing your face with warm water. This product was developed for today's busy women, including those who get home late from work, or those traveling or raising children. The special website is packed with content demonstrating its capabilities, including a video comparing the removal of regular makeup with "Full Make Washable Base" by applying makeup to an egg with a face drawn by manga artist Moyoco Anno. The product is scheduled for in-store sales in early March 2013.
