It's been 21 years since the birth of G-Star RAW's signature jeans, G-Star Elwood. Following the release of the first wave of G-Star Elwood X25 jeans this spring, which feature five different printed patterns based on the innovative idea of ​​G-Star RAW's Head of Imagination, Pharrell Williams, the second wave of jeans was announced at a launch event held in New York on September 13th.

At the launch event, the new G-Star Elwood X25 jeans were seen spinning colorfully inside a washing machine in a vintage-style Laundromat (a US coin laundry). In addition to Pharrell himself, guests such as Jaden Smith and J Balvin also attended, adding excitement to the elaborate launch event.

To commemorate the release of the second edition, a Japanese-made movie, "G-Star RAW Elwood Jeans Japan Edition," was produced. It features 25 talented people active in Japan, including actor Yosuke Kubozuka, actress Ai Hashimoto, comedian Itsuji Itao, YURINO from Happiness/E-girls/Sudannayuzuyuri, Ryosuke Nagaoka from Petrolz, Mummy-D from RHYMESTER, and model Yuka Mannami, showcasing the wide variety of styles available in the G-Star Elwood.
