"Tokyo Midtown Hibiya" will have its grand opening next spring! Approximately 60 stores will open on the commercial floor

Tokyo Midtown Hibiya (1-1-2 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a commercial complex following Tokyo Midtown, will have its grand opening on March 29, 2018. It has been announced that the complex will house approximately 60 stores offering high-quality experiences and experiences. The complex will open in Hibiya, an "arts, culture, and entertainment district" known for its numerous theaters. It is a large-scale complex development with 35 floors above ground and four below, covering a total floor area of 189,000 square meters and consisting of offices and retail spaces. The first basement floor through the third, sixth, and seventh floors will be commercial spaces. The first floor will house the (tentative name) Atrium and Hibiya Gate Plaza, the fourth and fifth floors will house TOHO Cinemas Hibiya, the sixth floor will house the (tentative name) Hibiya Terrace and (tentative name) Hibiya Business Collaboration Hub, the eighth floor will house Sky Reference, and the ninth and tenth floors will house the sky lobby and (tentative name) Sky Garden. The basement floor is an urban food arcade directly connected to the station, featuring eight stylish and diverse businesses. It will feature the "(tentative name) HIBIYA FOOD HOLL," a full-scale urban food hall that will create a unified dining space. Other unique food vendors include "Suzukake," a long-established Japanese confectionery shop from Hakata; "Sumiyoshi Sake Han," opening its Tokyo debut and offering a selection of carefully selected alcoholic beverages from across Japan; and "RINGO," serving freshly baked custard apple pie. Casual and familiar stores are also located here, including "boulangerie Bonheur," a popular bakery in Sangenjaya; "Kaldi Coffee Farm," offering specialty coffee and imported foods; and "Starbucks Coffee." The "Premium Lifestyle Zone" on the first floor, facing the "(tentative name) Hibiya Gate Plaza," will feature a Lexus brand experience facility combining a boutique, cafe, and vehicle exhibit. Another entrance will feature "Buvette," a restaurant from New York, making its debut. The building will also feature the largest-ever store of luxury cosmetics select shop Isetan Mirror Makeup & Cosmetics, as well as (tentative name) HALO H.P.FRANCE, a select shop conscious of Hibiya's history and culture, PELLICO, a shoe brand born in the suburbs of Venice, Italy, and EYEVAN, an eyeglasses and sunglasses shop.

The "High-Quality Fashion & Lifestyle Zone" on the second floor will feature fashion brands mastermind JAPAN, MASTERMIND WORLD's world-first flagship store MASTERMIND TOKYO, Minami-Aoyama's popular TATRAS & STRADA EST (tentative name), REVIVE KITCHEN TREE (tentative name), a new business concept by cosmetics brand THREE, as well as organic lifestyle shops such as SkinAware and Tenerita. Additionally, the area will be home to a collection of select shops offering unique items, such as Jingumae's "well-made by MAIDENS SHOP" and "Qualinest." The "Park View Dining, a Dissemination of Food Trends" will be a casual restaurant zone, featuring a new branch of Daikanyama bistro "Ata," craft beer bistro "lubina," modern robatayaki restaurant "(tentative name) Nadaban Tokyo by HAL YAMASHITA," standing-up tempura bar "Kikuya Tokyo," and casual French restaurant "morceau" by a female chef. The "Information-Disseminating Lifestyle Zone" on the third floor will house "HIBIYA CENTRAL MARKET," an arcade-style multi-purpose shop created by creative director Minami Takayuki, known for projects such as 1LDK, and long-established bookstore "Yurindo," as well as "TODAY'S SPECIAL," a lifestyle goods store with a "DIY for Food and Lifestyle" theme. Additionally, the facility will welcome the first-ever establishments of art photo shop YellowKorner, Southern European general store Tempo Hibiya, and NEUTRAL WORKS.HIBIYA (tentative name), which offers new ideas for beauty and health. The "Authentic Premium Restaurant Zone" will feature a new branch of Hyotei, a 450-year-old Kyoto restaurant; Sushi Namba, a sushi restaurant in Asagaya that's known for being difficult to book; and RESTAURANT TOYO, opening its first location in Japan. Additionally, STAR BAR, a pioneering authentic bar in Ginza, will also be opening. TOHO Cinemas Hibiya, a cinema complex with 11 screens and approximately 2,300 seats, will be located on the fourth and fifth floors. This will be combined with the two screens in the adjacent Tokyo Takarazuka Building to form one of the largest cinema complexes in central Tokyo, with a total of 13 screens and approximately 3,000 seats. Additionally, a "garden restaurant" will be opening on the 6th floor. Taking in the greenery of the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens and Hibiya Park, the garden restaurant will surround the open and spacious "Hibiya Terrace (tentative name)," and there are also plans to open a restaurant on the 7th floor.
