Young creators living in Tokyo today: An installation exhibition by photographer Yoko Kusano and hair salon TETRO

Jul 5, 2017

From July 7th to 12th, Omotesando ROCKET will host "I Was Half Asleep All Day," an installation exhibition by young photographer Yoko Kusano and hair salon TETRO. This is the second such exhibition following "Land of Nowhere," an installation produced by TETRO and held at the same venue in January in collaboration with visual artist Takako Noel. This time, the exhibition will primarily focus on photography, with TETRO in charge of direction and hair and makeup, and will feature new works shot by Yoko Kusano. Additionally, models Mitsufumi Shimozu (Odorite Bakari no Kuni) and jan (jan and naomi / GREAT3) will perform a song they created for the exhibition. A zine compiling the photos will be available for purchase, along with a record containing the song. This is an opportunity to experience the worldviews of young creators living in Tokyo today.

An opening party will also be held from 7pm to 9pm on July 6th.
