Smiles.come, the event execution service that connects people and things launched in April, has been renamed "Work Without Work" and reopened.
The service allows people with various skills to become "multiple-jobbers" and offer their abilities as "products." Registered people who have a passion for fields other than their main job gather their passions and aim to invigorate the world in a way never before seen. The service matches requests for requests or things they have always wanted to do, and many multi-jobbers can carry them out on their behalf.
The new part-timers include Masamichi Toyama of Smiles, architect Yuko Nagayama, Tsutomu Morioka, a bookstore owner who sells one book at a time, and chef Atsuko Kuwaori. Each of them can enjoy services that utilize their passions and strengths.
For example, Toyama offers products such as "magic tricks" and "tile art." Other products available for purchase only here include a "Pet House" designed by an architect, a "One-Day Employee Cafeteria" designed by a chef, and a "Tokyo Guide" designed by a bookstore owner.
The store plans to continue increasing its customer base and developing more attractive products.
