Figaro Japon's 25th Anniversary Event at Omotesando Hills. Over 30 Contents Including Gourmet, Flea Market, and Nail Art

Figaro Japon, the Paris-born, Tokyo-raised style magazine, will hold an anniversary event at Omotesando Hills from March 28th to 29th to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The event will feature over 30 different content items under the theme "Bon Voyage (Have a Wonderful Trip!)." At the gourmet booth from around the world, produced by the editorial team at Figaro, Chioben, a popular caterer for location shoots, will offer original bento boxes and rice balls with a fresh, Asian flair. Long Track Foods, a delicatessen run by stylist Miyoko Okao and food coordinator Yoshika Umazume, will offer three limited-edition regional French soups. Other items on display include a special flavor of the new "Cube de Pain" from popular Parisian boulangerie Gontran Cherrier, and a limited-edition design for Pierre Hermé Paris' Easter chocolates. Orangina, France's national carbonated beverage, will also be offering advance tastings of its new Lemon Gina. In addition, as part of a collaboration with the editorial department, seven trendy brands, including FIGARO Paris and Deuxieme Classe, will be offering Parisian staples. Furthermore, charity bracelets for women affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake will be created in collaboration with agnes.b and Jane Birkin. The venue will feature a selection of photographs from the magazine's fashion section, "Style Figaro." Yukari Ishii, popular for her horoscope column "Star Message Board," will be giving away free "12 Zodiac Sign Horoscope Cards" created especially for this event. Four familiar stylists from the magazine will also be holding a charity flea market, selling off their personal accessories and clothing. Meanwhile, Figaro Marché will be selling miscellaneous goods specially selected by interior stylist Fumiko Sakuhara from Paris flea markets and Copenhagen, Denmark. Total beauty salon uka's pop-up "Design Nails from 10 Cities Around the World" will also offer new spring color designs inspired by 10 cities around the world, including Paris. Other items on offer include a mini flower market by popular Minami-Aoyama flower shop Le Besbe, travel-friendly bags from Epoi and Tumi, Sabon's new skincare series Ocean Secret, and limited-edition perfume and candle packaging from renowned Parisian ceramics brand Astier de Villatte. Items from Parisian beauty store Bully 1803, which has yet to arrive in Japan, and espadrille brand N.H. Paris, which just launched in Paris, will also be available. Additionally, various events will be held on stage, including a talk show by street style photographer Shito Rei and a trend makeup show by M.A.C. senior makeup artist Ikeda Harris Rumiko. There will also be a beauty lecture by Sabon, a conversation between beauty editor Abe Sawako and Matsukura Clinic director Kusano Takako, and a caricature service by illustrator SHOGO SEKINE. Also, an invitation-only event will be held on the 28th. This will include a conversation between Yumi Matsutoya, whose new series "Enchante, Yuming!" begins in the May issue, and author Harada Maha, the series' first guest, and a mini fortune-telling class with Ishii Yukari. A secret guest is also scheduled to appear at the premium ceremony starting at 3:00 PM on the 28th.
