The McKay construction, characterized by directly sewing the upper leather to the sole, is commonly used in Italian shoes. Its simple construction results in a lightweight, flexible shoe. Regal's Premium Line, debuting this spring, is packed with ingenious ideas for incorporating these authentic leather shoe manufacturing techniques into women's shoes. For this reason, the Premium Line features a tightly designed heel to prevent wobble, as well as a well-shaped instep and improved rebound. Furthermore, we've adopted soft bends, a design not found in men's shoes, to ensure a comfortable fit," explains a Regal representative.
