Cole Haan and designer Todd Snyder are collaborating for several seasons. The first collection has been released.
For this first installment of the "Cole Haan & Todd Snyder" collection, Todd selected Cole Haan pieces, primarily dress shoes, in neutral colors like milkshake, blazer blue, British tan, ivory, and papaya.
The collaboration between the two brands began when a model wore custom Cole Haan Chelsea boots at Todd Snyder's 2014-15 Autumn/Winter collection show. Todd and Cole Haan's design teams collaborated on the design for the collection, resulting in shoes that combine Cole Haan's craftsmanship with Todd's unique modern perspective.
In addition, to commemorate this collaboration, Cole Haan has created a new logo based on one used in the late 1920s. The design evokes the brand's history and American craftsmanship, while the rough-edged typeface expresses Todd's signature aesthetic.

Todd commented, "I've collected over 30 pairs of Cole Haan shoes over the past 20 years and they're a source of inspiration for me. What I wanted to express through my collaboration with Cole Haan was to revisit something from the past and update it for the modern man."

In addition, David Maddox, Chief Marketing Officer at Cole Haan, said, "Todd is one of the few designers who respects tradition while also incorporating his own unique interpretation and updating it for a modern look. Our first collection brought freshness, familiarity, and a fusion of tradition and modernity."

The lineup includes the Lewis Chukka, Lewis Woven Loafer, Hammond Wing Oxford, Willett Penny Loafer, and Willett Camp Moc. The collection will be available at Cole Haan Ginza and Todd Snyder Townhuis in Shibuya, and will also be sold exclusively on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building from the 18th to the 24th.
