ELLE cafe releases coconut yogurt "Koyo." Three varieties and a plain version are available.

Sep 2, 2015

ELLE cafe will release "COYO," a coconut yogurt, on September 16th. Coconut yogurt, affectionately known as "COYO," is popular in healthy cafes in Australia and London. This time, ELLE cafe has created "COYO," a plant-based yogurt fermented with plant-based lactic acid bacteria, making it 100% gluten-free and lactose-free, making it a recommended recovery food for juice cleanses. Based on this "COYO," the cafe will offer three varieties with different benefits. The lineup includes "Beauty Berry" (800 yen), topped with fresh fruit and berries and packed with antioxidants; "Chia Pitaya" (800 yen), which comes in pitaya sauce, passion fruit sauce, and chia seeds, a superfood that is said to burn fat; and "Maple Nuts" (800 yen), rich in plant-based protein and made with nuts and seeds. A plain version for home use will also be released.
