
The Marble Lounge on the first floor of Hilton Tokyo will be holding its annual "Strawberry Dessert Fair" from December 26th to May 22nd, 2016.
Last year's fair used approximately one ton of strawberries over the course of approximately four and a half months, attracting 27,000 visitors. This year's fair is titled "Strawberry Angel" and will offer a variety of sweets inspired by a strawberry paradise where angels and cupids gather.
The menu will feature over 40 desserts, including the "Sinful Cupid Macaron" (pink macaron topped with vanilla cream and strawberries), the "Heaven's Strawberry Mont Blanc" (chestnut cream with a whiskey accent), the "Strawberry Latte" (strawberry-flavored tapioca and diced strawberries), and the "Cold Marble Ice Cream" (six kinds of ice cream). There will also be a new corner called "Strawberry Bar" where you can enjoy fresh strawberries arranged with more than 20 types of condiments and sauces, such as whipped cream, pie dough, brownies, and marshmallows.
The price is 3,600 yen per person on weekdays and 3,720 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm during the event, except for January 1st to 3rd, 2016.
