The Santa Claus-themed Christmas event, "Shibuya Santa Festival," is being held mainly around Shibuya Station until December 25th. On December 24th, a special live performance featuring Maki Nomiya will be held on the special stage in front of Shibuya Hachiko Square.
The main venue for this event is Shibuya Hachiko Square, lit up with over 30,000 LED lights. Santa Claus-themed illuminations are also on display, and Hachiko himself is dressed as Santa, turning Shibuya Station into a Santa wonderland. Additionally, the entire square is transformed into a "giant time signal," and at 7 PM every day, a time signal is played in sync with Shibuya-kei music, including Maki Nomiya's "Tokyo wa Yoru no Nanajiro."
Starting at 7 PM on December 24th, the Shibuya Santa Festival Christmas Eve Special Live will be held on the special stage in the square, featuring special guest Maki Nomiya performing live.
