A.P.C. Kyoto reopened on December 19th after relocating. The store is located at 10 Nagatoboko, Shijo-dori Karasuma Higashi-iru, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, 1F.
The store's design concept was "recombining the designs found throughout Kyoto's streets with a contemporary A.P.C. design." The gray stone and wood flooring is laid out in the same proportions as tatami mats. The contrasting flooring at the entrance and inside the store represents the "edge" ("border") of Japanese architecture. Located in a busy area, the setback entrance creates a sense of distance from the hustle and bustle outside.
In addition to men's and women's collections, the store offers classic denim, candles, quilts, and more. To celebrate the opening, an exclusive A.P.C. Kyoto denim tote bag (¥6,000) will be available for sale. Customers who spend over ¥20,000 will also receive a commemorative bag.

To coincide with the opening, co-designer Louis Wong also visited Japan and a reception party was held at the store.
