ISETAN MiRROR exhibited for the first time at the 6th Tokyo Cosmetic Collection, held at Shibuya Hikarie on December 15th. A large booth utilizing one entire side of the venue displayed various brands, and also held a lottery makeup experience event and a collaboration event with JAL (Japan Airlines). Lens kits for the skin diagnostic app "beautecam," available at ISETAN MiRROR's physical stores, were also distributed from the 16th.
In collaboration with JAL, coffee and sweets served on board were distributed to visitors. To allow younger customers to experience the comfort of first class, a domestic first-class seat was set up inside the booth. Visitors were free to sit wherever they wanted. A cabin attendant talk show on the theme of "Traveling Cosmetics" featured suggestions for in-flight skincare and recommended cosmetics.
The new body care line from ISETAN MIRROR's original cosmetics brand, "ISETAN MIRROR beaute," was also on display. The lineup includes affordable items that maintain department store quality, such as a rose-scented body wash (2,310 yen) and body milk (2,730 yen) containing moisturizing and skin-conditioning ingredients.
Isetan Mirror is a luxury cosmetics selection shop operated by Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings. As the holdings' first small-store business, the first store opened in March at Lumine Shinjuku Lumine 2, and the second store in September at Lumine Omiya. Customers can compare and purchase luxury cosmetics from Japan and abroad across brand boundaries.
