DIESEL BLACK GOLD has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2015 pre-collection. This season, the brand returns to its roots, focusing on the irreverent spirit of rockers and the iconic rockabilly style of the 1950s. Using white, black, and red as key colors, the brand's unique tailored approach has created a new wardrobe centered around leather and denim. The brand's iconic rider jacket is stenciled and painted, then lavishly studded on every part, including the sleeves, yoke, and placket. This ingenious leatherwork ensures that each piece has a unique look. Classic striped slim-fit blazers, tuxedo jackets, and sleeveless jackets are also adorned with heavy, rockabilly-inspired details like zippers and chains. Porcelain studs are used instead of buttons on western shirts. These pieces are paired with jeans made in Italy using Japanese denim. The hand-coated indigo base with layers of black, white, burgundy, and red creates an almost one-of-a-kind look. A new jeans model, "Drain Pipe Fit," is available for women. The uneven stripes are created through various processes and arrangements, including stitching and painting.
A soft crepe de chine with a rockabilly/Hawaiian-inspired print of tiger and snake motifs is tailored into a tunic-style shirt dress, the soft texture and mannish design creating a contrast. The pants, with details that resemble cassette tape, also catch the eye.
Studs are not limited to clothing; they also appear on shoe buckles and metal buckle belts, making for a striking look.
