"STATIONERY STATION" will open on February 26th on the 5th floor of the main building of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.

Based on the concept of "what people need in a place where people gather," the spacious store combines an open, bright semi-self-service space with a semi-closed, calm space for writing implements. In addition to highly requested items such as gift envelopes, letter paper, and cards, the store also stocks a wide range of stationery and miscellaneous goods that are popular with the new families that have been increasing in number in the Nihonbashi area in recent years.


In the writing instruments area, we will introduce fountain pens and ballpoint pens from approximately 30 domestic and international brands, from classic brands to vibrant Italian brands. We always have more than 3,000 writing instruments in stock, and you can try out most of the products.


We also have a wide selection of inks available. At the Stationery Fair, which will be held from March 2nd to March 15th, we will also be introducing inks and pens in colors exclusive to STATIONERY STATION.


The semi-self-service space stocks a wide range of products, including letter sets, cards, notebooks, and gift envelopes, as well as stationery, miscellaneous goods, and leather accessories.


STAs - Stationery Station -

While the word STATION now means "station," the original meaning was "a place where people gather."
Furthermore, the term STATIONERY once referred not only to stationery but also, more broadly, to "items sold at a permanent location (STATION)."
"STAs - STATIONERY STATION -" returns to the origins of these two words, which derive from the same root. We reexamine the value of brick-and-mortar stores, such as the highly serendipitous encounters between people and things, and the tactile experience of being able to actually see and touch things. We look forward to providing a selection of useful items that will add to the excitement of the "place."


[Stationery Fair - Fountain Pen Festival & Ink Swamp Festival]
We will be holding an event focused on fountain pens and ink.
We will introduce limited edition fountain pens and glass pens, as well as approximately 1,500 types of colorful ink.
In addition, various ink- and fountain pen-related events will be held at each venue during the fair.
