
"THE BLACK SENSE MARKET in ISETAN" will be held from August 27th to September 1st at the event space on the 7th floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. "THE BLACK SENSE MARKET" is a special custom-made project by SENSE magazine, and this is the second time that a physical store has been created through a collaboration between the Isetan Men's building and the store, following the first in February this year. It is a men's fashion festival with a total of over 60 brands participating.
This time, over 40 brands available on the 2nd, 3rd and 6th floors of the Men's building have prepared rider jackets infused with their brand's colors specially for this project, expressing an elegant rider style that embodies masculine sophistication. Domestic brands include visvim (680,000 yen) made from thick horsehide, FACETASM (200,000 yen) with a double-layered front design, and kiryuyrik's above-the-knee-length blouson (180,000 yen).
Furthermore, there will be MIHARAYASUHIRO (180,000 yen) with an extruded design, BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS (140,000 yen) with a beautiful royal blue collar, White Mountaineering (140,000 yen) inspired by classic rider jackets of the past, and sacai (110,000 yen) with a removable liner peeking out from the hem.
Import brands will include MARNI (377,000 yen), Raf Simons (280,000 yen), Rick Owens (553,000 yen), and Ann Demeulemeester (480,000 yen).
During the event, a variety of miscellaneous goods that go well with riders will also be available. Under the title "Gorgeous Accessories," glittering items such as sunglasses, rings, and watches will be introduced.
In addition, "THE BLACKSENSE LOUNGE" will open in the main building's event hall 7. It will offer a carefully selected single malt whiskey as well as special highballs that can only be enjoyed during the event.
In addition, on August 31st, a talk show will be held with the magazine's editor-in-chief, Satoshi Moriya, and the designers participating in the project, which was well received last time.
