Thom Browne New York's Spring/Summer 2015 men's collection took place in the former French National Railways warehouse, the Halle Freycinet. Suits alternated between showcasing muscular figures and suits featuring robotic, straight, strong shoulders. Each piece was composed of countless components, featuring piping and pleats. The models wore caps resembling those worn by air force personnel and transparent masks, reminiscent of the TV series Thunderbirds. In addition to basic fabrics like seersucker and check, papillon motif prints were used in various colors, and socks and jackets featured countless butterfly-shaped cutouts sewn onto them. The show was packed with breathtaking pieces, from start to finish. Thom Browne's signature couture-meets-bizarre aesthetic was alive and well.
