Cabaret Voltaire's second reissue. Limited edition with Skate-Sing collaboration T-shirt.

Dec 24, 2013

Cabaret Voltaire will release "Drinking Gasoline" as their second reissue on January 22, 2014. A limited edition version will also be available, featuring a T-shirt created in collaboration with Sk8ightTing, the graphic designer for C.E. This new release, "Drinking Gasoline," is a remastered version of the four-track EP originally released in 1985. It comes on two discs: the video "Gasoline in Your Eyes" and a DVD featuring four new music videos. The T-shirt included with the limited edition is a collaboration with Sk8ightTing, a graphic designer, illustrator, and DJ who was involved in founding labels like GOODENOUGH and A BATHING APE and is currently the founder of C.E. The back design features a playful twist on the world-famous Mute Records logo.

There are two limited edition T-shirt versions: the black T-shirt version is limited to 100 sets. The white T-shirt version will be sold in limited quantities on ele-king's online store, "ANYWHERE STORE."

Cabaret Voltaire is a British industrial music band formed in 1973. Although the band has been inactive since 1995, they reissued three of their mid-period classic albums, including "The Crackdown," in 2013, and have since received global re-acclaim.
