Fashion brand C.E. will be releasing a collaborative T-shirt with contemporary artist Oliver Payne exclusively on the brand's online store starting on the 29th. The "1UP CRYING LADY Tee" T-shirt features a transfer print on the front of the shirt, featuring a collage of bullet-hell stickers inspired by the video game "Donpachi" on the face of a Greek sculpture. The title of the work and the C.E. logo are silkscreened on the back. Available in white and black, the price is 7,140 yen. Oliver Payne was born in the UK in 1979. Since the late 1990s, he has been working with Nick Relph on street culture-based works. In 2003, his collaborative work with Relph won the Golden Lion (Best Work) at the Venice Biennale. Since 2009, he has pursued a solo career, creating works themed around Japanese subculture. He has also held a joint exhibition with graphic designer Keiichi Tanaami. He is also currently working on the C.E 13-14 Autumn/Winter collection video.
