Vivienne Westwood's Spring/Summer 2016 campaign theme is "Saving Venice"

Jan 28, 2016

Vivienne Westwood has unveiled her Spring/Summer 2016 advertising campaign. Set in Venice, the visuals capture the city's beauty while also showcasing its aging and threatened survival in a uniquely Vivienne style.

The campaign's theme is "Mirror the World—Saving Venice." It addresses not only the city's aging needs but also issues such as the proliferation of tourist cruise ships and the worsening damage caused by climate change.

The visuals were shot in locations such as Venice's iconic backstreets, canals, and opulent palaces. They capture the city's beauty and decline, while also calling for urgent relief.

Vivienne Westwood commented, "If we can't even save Venice, how can we save the world?"
