Chloé has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2016 advertising campaign. Set in Buenos Aires, the multicultural capital of Argentina known as the "Paris of South America," the campaign marks the debut of photographer Theo Wenner. Theo Wenner's images capture a midsummer scene in which Chloé girls stroll freely through the bustling cityscape, paved with pebbles and mosaics. The models featured are new faces of Chloé: Celine Bouly, Ari Westphal, Antonina Petkovic, and Ilvie Wittek. Ombre-colored silk dresses, printed lace, and a mix of sporty and romantic pieces capture the subtle changes of time, echoing the collection's pieces.
Regarding the visuals, Chloe's creative director, Clare Waight Keller, said, "This season, I wanted to create a new energy for Chloe. I've worked with photographer Theo several times before, and he always brings a fresh, creative vision to the brand. This time, I wanted to capture the adventurous spirit and free-spirited lifestyle of the Chloe girl."
Meanwhile, Theo Wenner said of the shoot, "Claire is brilliant, always calm, and quietly oversees every detail. Working with her was filled with a wonderful, clear, spontaneous energy in the midst of the chaos of the city."
