Yves Saint Laurent Beaute will release its Spring/Summer 2014 makeup collection on January 17th. The theme is "FLOWER CRUSH." Supervised by creative director Lloyd Simmonds, the collection features items with floral motifs such as roses, peonies, and crocuses. The graphic flower petal-motif "Palette Flower Crush Face" (8,190 yen) is a multi-purpose item that can be used as a blush, highlighter, and face powder. The "Palette Flower Crush Eye" (7,980 yen) comes in five colors, including a reddish pink that won't make your skin look puffy, and a pearly champagne shade that can also be used as a highlighter.
The new color (No. 11 Intense Purple) of the "Long Lasting Eye Pencil WP" (3,360 yen) is a bluish purple that adds nuance to the eyes. The limited edition color (No. 22 Captivating Purple) of the "Mascara Volume Effocile" (4,200 yen) is a dark purple.
The nail color "La Lacque Couture" (3,150 yen) will be available in a limited edition pale pink (No. 48 Rose Cabiosa) and a new red (No. 49 Rouge Pablo). Four limited edition colors have also been added to the lip color "Rouge Volupté" (4,200 yen each).
