Isetan Shinjuku's "Re-Style" section has launched a new, fashionable gift proposal for Mother's Day, featuring flower-related items and collaboration boxes.
Jewelry brand Julie SANDLAU has teamed up with flower designer Nicolai Bergmann to create a collaborative box between the two Danish creators. The set includes a necklace and preserved flowers, priced between 20,000 and 30,000 yen.
Additionally, related items include stylish accessories such as a flower vase by New York-based interior goods brand Jonathan Adler and a vase by Tse&Tse associés, which is also used in the restaurant at Colette in Paris. The flower-themed space has also been expanded to include candles that express floral scents and photo books.
Re-Style Plus will also be offering items for a limited time from "Plantica," a flower artist unit led by Kimura Takashi. Formed in 2007, the unit works freely, not bound by the framework of ikebana. Their flower boxes are made of stainless steel to create an inorganic, street-style image. The boxes can be used permanently, even after the flowers have withered. They are priced at 51,450 yen. They will be available only until May 12th.
In preparation for Mother's Day on May 12th, the store has expanded its selection of classic flower gifts from last year. The store is proposing a wide variety of combination gifts, collaborations, new items, and more, from women's clothing to food.
