Masayoshi Sukita photo exhibition held at Takeo Kikuchi main store. Live talk show with Take-sensei

A photo exhibition by photographer Masayoshi Sukita will be held at the Takeo Kikuchi flagship store in Shibuya, Tokyo, from the 17th. The exhibition will span the first to third floors, including the cafe, and will feature 13 photos capturing Tokyo landscapes and everyday life. It also includes the Takeo Kikuchi 2013 Spring/Summer visuals, featuring Rui Kurihara as a model, and portraits of creative director Takeo Kikuchi and design director Hidetaka Fukuzono. Additionally, the second installment of the talk show "Takeo Kikuchi Talking Heads" will be streamed on Ustream starting at 6:30 PM on the 17th. The talk show will feature Kikuchi and Sukita, hosted by Club King CEO Shigekazu Kuwahara. The show will be publicly recorded at the Takeo Kikuchi flagship store. Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1938, Masayoshi Sukita has worked in a wide range of fields, from documentaries to advertising, film, and music. He has published many photobooks, including "T.REX 1972 SUKITA," which he photographed the British glam rock band T.REX, "Ki," a photobook of David Bowie, and "Water Skin," a photobook of Kenji Sawada. In addition to directing the film "Throw Away Your Books, Go Out into the Streets," based on a novel by Shuji Terayama, he has also worked on still photography for "MISHIMA," directed by Paul Schrader and starring Ken Ogata, "Mystery Train," directed by Jim Jarmusch, and "It's a Wonderful Life," directed by Hirokazu Koreeda.
