Customers can also purchase products from the store's plus-size label, Salon Z, which is only available in select stores. The site also offers Fashion Fix, a flash sale of premium designer items not available at outlet stores.

The store also places emphasis on customer service, offering 24-hour service. Customers can make inquiries by phone or email, with the store striving to respond within six hours.

In the United States, it is not uncommon for department stores to open e-commerce websites for their outlet stores, and other examples include Neiman Marcus' outlet site, "lastcall.com," and Nordstrom's "nordstromracked.com."
