FENDI is hosting an event featuring the brand's iconic fur at the Luxury Stage on the 4th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store. The event runs until November 5th. The event will focus on the 2013-2014 Autumn/Winter collection, as well as previews of 2014 Spring/Summer clothing and bags. Visitors can also enjoy up-close demonstrations of furrier techniques and coordination advice from fur specialists. FENDI is known as the world's only luxury brand with a fur atelier. Since Karl Lagerfeld took over as designer in 1965, the brand has collaborated with artisans to create numerous pieces. This history and worldview were also showcased in the "FENDI - UN ART AUTRE" exhibition held at the Tokyo University of the Arts Museum in April of this year.
