Model Alessandra Ambrosio was born on April 11, 1981, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

She began modeling at the age of 15, and after competing in the Elite Models contest, she signed with the agency. In 2000, she appeared in Victoria's Secret runway shows. She gained immense popularity alongside Adriana Lima and others, and was active as an Angel.

In 2008, she married businessman Jamie Mazur, and gave birth to two children in 2008 and 2012. Last month, she launched her own fashion line, "Ale by Alessandra," marking her debut as a designer.
