LOUIS VUITTON will open the "LOUIS VUITTON in collaboration with FRAGMENT POP-UP STORE" in collaboration with FRAGMENT DESIGN, headed by Hiroshi Fujiwara, at The Mass & Ba-tsu Art Gallery (5-11-5 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) in Harajuku, Tokyo.
*Due to anticipated high demand on opening day, April 21st, a lottery will be held for admission at 8:30 AM on the morning of the 21st. For details, please visit Louis Vuitton's official information page (http://vuitton.lv/Fragment).
The pop-up, which will be open for a limited time from April 21st to May 5th, will feature the 2017-18 Fall/Winter Men's Pre-Collection, a collaboration between Men's Collection Artistic Director Kim Jones and Hiroshi Fujiwara, available for pre-sale in Japan. The collection is based on the fictional music band "Lous V and The Fragments," created by Hiroshi Fujiwara, Louis Vuitton, and Fragment Design, and features clothing, leather goods, shoes, accessories, and watches inspired by the pop culture, graphic motifs, and history of sportswear shared by both groups. The pop-up store will feature limited-edition bags and denim, as well as items exclusive to pop-up stores around the world and items only available in Japan. The store will also feature three special content areas: a space for hot stamping, one of Louis Vuitton's traditional services; a space for displaying and selling specially ordered pieces from the collection; and a space where customers can experience visual presentations that combine the latest technology and artistic challenges.
