A Miu Miu pop-up store is open until May 2nd in the event space on the first floor (North A2) of the Seibu Ikebukuro Main Building in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.

The new "Tartan Collection" from the 2017 Pre-Fall Collection is available at this pop-up store, ahead of the rest of the country. The collection is inspired by the Scottish tartan-based traditional clothing known as a "kilt" and the waist bag known as a "sporran." Some of the items in the lineup will be on display for the first time at the Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store.

During the pop-up store, Miu Miu's iconic quilted "Matelassé" series will be available in tartan. Items on sale include clutch bags (160,000 yen) and shoulder bags (priced from 140,000 yen to 174,000 yen). A wide variety of bags will also be available, including the playful Sporan bag (159,000 yen), which features buttons and fur details in a style that is characteristic of Miu Miu, and the Miu Lady bag (231,000 yen).
