New York-based Benjamin Steakhouse makes its Japan debut! Limited-edition aged beef burgers also available

New York-based steakhouse BENJAMIN STEAK HOUSE will open its first Japanese location (1st basement floor, Rem Roppongi Building, 7-14-4 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo) on June 30th.

The restaurant, which currently has three locations in New York, is acclaimed for its high quality of taste, space, and hospitality, described as an "unforgettable, blissful experience." The newly opened BENJAMIN STEAK HOUSE ROPPONGI will be the restaurant's first outside the United States, and will offer high-quality beef made using a unique long-term aging method, as well as an extensive seafood menu and a selection of approximately 400 wines from around the world, including the United States. For dinner, guests can enjoy USDA-certified prime-grade beef steaks (for two, ¥16,000 / for three, ¥24,000 / for four, ¥32,000) and New York sirloin steaks (¥9,000) made from beef from a dedicated aging warehouse, as well as seafood such as grilled Atlantic salmon (¥3,400) and a seafood platter (for one, ¥4,800), and a luxurious crab meat salad (¥2,800). Lunch also includes an à la carte menu featuring appetizers and salads in smaller portions than dinner options, a prix fixe menu (starting from ¥1,700) with a choice of six appetizers and 13 main dishes, and the aged beef burger (¥2,500), limited to 10 per day and only available during lunchtime.
