Korean artist Dylan Ryu's fifth exhibition in Japan will be held at the PASS THE BATON GALLERY in the PASS THE BATON Omotesando store from April 27th to May 21st. This time, Dylan Ryu will collaborate with artist Rebob, who is a close friend of Dylan Ryu's, to exhibit and sell works themed around "The story of the atelier." Dylan Ryu is an artist who creates new things from the old by constantly collecting vintage materials and creating collages inspired by the stories of his Seoul atelier and old emblems and ribbons collected from around the world. By drawing illustrations and weaving words using old stamps, Rebob expresses the stories behind each old object, as well as the feelings and unspoken words that he and others once held, filtered through illustrations and words as "The Unused Emotions & Words."
On the first day of the event, April 27th, from 4pm to 6pm, Dylan Liu and Rebob will be visiting Japan at Pass the Baton Gallery, where a special artwork workshop will also be held.
